A weekly review → next-week plan micro-service (consumer AI that ships outcomes)
A lot of productivity tools are fun… but they don’t change behavior.
One routine does: the weekly review.
It’s also the routine most people avoid because it feels like work.
The idea
A tiny service (or app later) that turns messy inputs into a clean weekly plan.
Input:
- a brain dump (5–10 minutes)
- or a few screenshots / notes
Output:
1) 3–5 wins from this week
2) 1–2 root causes for what didn’t move
3) a prioritized plan for next week (time-block friendly)
4) 3 copy-pastable action items (calendar / todo)
Key principle: deliverables, not chat.
Why I think it might work
People already search for weekly review templates and prompts.
But templates still require effort.
A “done-for-you” output might be the wedge.
2-hour validation plan
1) Write a post with before/after screenshots:
- “Here’s a messy brain dump → here’s a clean plan.”
2) Offer a limited free batch: - “I’ll do 10 weekly plans for free today. Comment ‘PLAN’.”
3) Measure: - % of people who send real inputs
- how many come back next week (retention)
- whether they ask for reminders / accountability
Question
If this existed as a $5/week or $9/month service, would you try it?
What output format would you prefer (Notion / Google Doc / plain text)?
If you want a quick example, drop a short brain dump in the comments (or a link to a doc). I’ll turn it into a plan and reply with the result.
